Pavilions & Tiki Huts

Shade, shelter, and a place to gather.

Overview

Pavilions, tiki huts, and custom outdoor structures designed to extend your living space to the water's edge.

A pool is a destination; a structure makes it a room. We design and build pavilions, pergolas, and tiki huts that turn the deck into a place you actually use after dinner — not just on Saturday afternoons.

Every structure is engineered for our weather: rated rafters, proper footings, and roofing that holds up to Alabama wind and Georgia rain.

How It Works

A clear pathfrom first call to final walkthrough.

  1. 01

    Concept & Siting

We study sun angles, sight lines from the pool and house, and prevailing wind so the structure lands where you'll actually use it.

  2. 02

    Engineered Plans

Stamped plans where the jurisdiction requires them, with footing schedules and load calculations baked in.

  3. 03

    Footings & Frame

Concrete piers below frost line, pressure-treated or steel posts, and a frame raised tight and square.

  4. 04

    Roof, Finish & Lighting

Metal, shingle, or thatch. Tongue-and-groove ceilings, fans, recessed lighting, and outlets for your grill or TV.

  5. 05

    Optional Add-Ons

Outdoor kitchens, fireplaces, fire pits, screens, or drop curtains layered in as a single coordinated build.

Questions

The honest answerswe'd want, too.

Don't see yours? Send it over — we'll write back.

  • Do I need a permit for a pavilion?

    +

Most jurisdictions require one for permanent structures over a certain square footage. We pull the permits and handle inspections so you don't have to.

  • Can the structure be built after the pool is finished?

    +

Absolutely. Many of our clients add structures a year or two after the pool. We'll site footings to avoid damage to the deck and shell.

  • Do tiki huts hold up in Alabama weather?

    +

When built correctly with marine-grade thatch and proper bracing, yes. We re-thatch on a maintenance schedule to keep them looking sharp.
